Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the StrayLabs website, services, or AI security tools (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and StrayLabs. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

StrayLabs provides AI-powered security tools and services designed for offensive security testing and web application security assessment. Our Service includes:

  • AI agents for automated security testing
  • Command-line interface (CLI) tools
  • Documentation and technical resources
  • Community support and resources

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
  • You will use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • You will not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, networks, or data

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding security testing and penetration testing

  • Not use our tools to cause harm, damage, or disruption to any systems or services

StrayLabs is not responsible for any misuse of our tools or services. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, functionality, software, and materials, is owned by StrayLabs and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Our Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service remain with StrayLabs. You may not:

Open Source Components

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STRAYLABS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
  • Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information provided

We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements or that any results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL STRAYLABS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service
  • Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • Any other damages arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StrayLabs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of any third party
  • Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Service

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which StrayLabs operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and StrayLabs regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
